I'VE BEEN FRAMED! Custom Framing & Artwork, LLC
was established in 1999 by Chuck and Carol Thompson. Carol is a Jackson
native and has lived in Jackson County her entire life. Chuck made his
first picture frame in 1978 while attending college at the University of South
Carolina. Chuck's enthusiasm for framing combined with Carol's design expertise,
color
coordination talent, and decorating sense culminated our dream into a reality with the birth of I'VE
BEEN FRAMED ! In 2004, we were pleased to have Carol's daughter Amiee join our team. We hope you'll agree that our customer service is second to none! It is a privilege to do what we do and we take PRIDE in our work.
Our store is located in the city of Jackson,
Michigan. In addition to quality
custom framing at affordable prices, we offer one of the areas widest selection
of original art, home decor and accessories, painted furniture, and much more.
We evolved from primarily custom
framing and began to address the needs of the interior decorating community by
adding decorative home accessories. Today, our 2000 square foot showroom
is brimming with unique home furnishings and home decor items. We also
offer many unique gift ideas. Throughout the gallery, you
will be amazed at the talented artwork of numerous local and
national artists in a variety of mediums, including pastel, oil, acrylic,
ceramic, glass, and textile art. Local artwork featured include hand made - one
of a kind items such as dolls, purses, hats, handbags, scarves, jewelry, mirrors, painted furniture, and much more.
The ambiance of our showroom is primarily upscale contemporary
with a flair for unique, funky, and whimsical. For the more traditional tastes, we exhibit
an eclectic mix of traditional and chic merchandise.

hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, closed
