- Shaped Frames

I've Been Framed provides specialty frame choices from In-Line Ovals
which include for ovals, circles, multi-angles, hearts - almost any
shape you can imagine - combined with a wide selection of glass
including convex glass and glass display
domes.
- Acrylics

Showcase Acrylics Inc., a subsidiary of Gemini Moulding offers a
wide selection of acrylic displays and shadow boxes to suit every
need. Custom designed acrylic displays are available for unique
projects.
- Frame Repair
-
Upon request, we will examine and provide a professional
evaluation and estimation to make minor repairs to the structure
and/or finish of a frame, provided it is within our capacity to do
so. I'VE BEEN FRAMED! will never make any alterations or repairs
to an item that may compromise the value or deter from the original
state of the piece.
- Canvas Stretching
-
Stretching is available for almost all sizes of
canvas. We custom make each of our stretcher bars to the
respective size of the piece. Each canvas is then hand stretched onto
the bars. Depending upon the size of the artwork, a cross brace may be
used to reinforce and insure rigidity of the canvas. Once stretched,
the artwork is ready to be fitted into the chosen frame.
NOTE: It is our recommendation that the rabbet depth of the frame
exceed the thickness of the canvas to insure that the fitted canvas
does not show from the sides.
- Specialty Display Frames
-
We have triangle display
frames that are made specifically for folded flags. Also we have
available shadowbox frames that are hinged to allow you access the
item without damaging the frame. Many other styles and types of
specialty frames are available. Please feel free to let us know
of any special requests you may have.
